Inspection, photo and mapping companies that need local search and a clean portfolio.

02

Flight schools

Discovery flights, training programs and a booking path that converts walk-ins.

Part 135 operators and helicopter tours with fleet, routes and quote forms.

04

Maintenance & repair stations

Shops that need capabilities listed, certificates shown and an AOG call path that can’t be missed.

(05)Charter operators

Part 135 & rotor

Built for
charter operators.

Charter buyers check who operates the flight, what the aircraft can do and how fast you answer before they ever ask a price. Your site should answer all three on the first screen.

01

Fleet & route pages

Fleet

A page for every aircraft with seats, range, speed and photos, plus route pages for the trips you fly most ("Akron to Teterboro by charter").

02

Quote-request forms

Quotes

A short quote form that asks what your dispatch team needs (from, to, dates, passengers, pets and bags), so you can reply with a price in one email.

03

Safety & credentials

Safety

Your Part 135 certificate and any ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO ratings you actually hold, shown up front with the audit date. Nothing you don't hold, ever.

04

Empty-leg listings

Empty legs

An empty-leg page you or we update each week, plus an optional email list so repeat flyers see new legs first.

05

Charter directories

Directories

Google Business Profile, Apple Maps and aviation directories set up with the same name, base airport and certificate details everywhere.

06

Helicopter tours too

Rotor

Tour pages, gift certificates and seasonal booking pages for helicopter tour and charter operators.

(06)Maintenance & repair stations

Shops & MROs

Built for shops that
keep aircraft flying.

Built by an A&P mechanic who has worked in shops. Owners and operators check what you can do, what you’re certificated for and how fast you answer an AOG call. Your site should make all three obvious.

01

Capabilities & aircraft types

Capabilities

A clear list of the work you do and the aircraft types you support, so a searcher knows in seconds whether you fit their airplane.

02

Repair station credentials

Certificate

Your repair station certificate and ratings shown up front for trust. Only what you hold, with nothing overstated.

03

AOG call path

AOG

A prominent call-now button and after-hours contact so aircraft-on-ground calls reach someone who can answer.

04

Service request form

Requests

A short form that captures aircraft type, squawk and preferred dates, so your front desk can route work without phone tag.

05

Real Google reviews

Reviews

Templates and a simple follow-up habit so happy customers leave real reviews. No fake reviews, ever.

06

Google Business Profile

Profile

An active profile with current hours, services, photos from the shop and posts that keep you showing up in local search.

Cleared For Digital is run by Nick Crookston, an FAA-certificated A&P aircraft mechanic with about seven years in aviation. He started out flying and working on small Cessnas, worked his way through air cargo and charter operations, and moved into a corporate flight department, building deep knowledge of business jets like the Dassault Falcon, Gulfstream and Learjet.

Today he works inside an IS-BAO Stage 3 registered operation, the industry's top safety-management standard. He has been through ARGUS safety audits on the charter side, has experience with helicopters, and has flown for years, from airplanes to drones. He has completed NBAA business management training and holds FlightSafety aircraft-specific training certifications.

That means you never have to explain your operation to us. Nick speaks Part 135, drone operations, safety audits and the floor of a maintenance shop, and he knows what charter clients and aircraft owners check before they book or leave an airplane. Your site is built by someone who knows what makes an operator or a shop look credible, and what never to claim.

(10)FAQ

Questions

Straight
answers.

Anything else, just email [email protected].

Do I need to get on calls?

No. Everything runs by email. If you'd rather talk something through, we can set up a short call.

Do you use AI?

Yes, and we're upfront about it. We use AI tools to help draft and organize content, and a person reviews everything. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Who owns the website and domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and if you leave, we'll hand over your content and files.

Do you provide drone or flight services?

No. Nick flies, but Cleared For Digital does marketing only. Your flight operations, certifications and compliance stay with you.

Do you work with maintenance shops and repair stations?

Yes. Sites for shops focus on capabilities, aircraft types, repair station credentials, an AOG call path and a service request form, plus a Google Business Profile that stays active with real reviews.

Do you work with charter brokers?

Our charter plans are built for FAA Part 135 certificated operators. We can build for a broker too, but the site will clearly say it is a broker and not the operator, as federal rules require (14 CFR 295.23). We never show safety ratings or certificates a client doesn't hold.

Is there a contract?

A simple service agreement with a 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel.

Can you guarantee rankings or leads?

No honest marketer can. We guarantee the deliverables listed in your plan, delivered on schedule.
